Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit www.SpeedScaling.com, register for a masterclass, book a call, submit a form, or otherwise use our website and services (the "Site" and the "Services").

The Site and the brand known as The Client Engine are owned and operated by Transparent Marketing ("Transparent Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our promise on your email. We will never sell, barter, or rent your email address to any unauthorized third party. Period. We share your information only as described in this Policy, such as with the service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you.

When you register, book a call, make a purchase, or contact us, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address or zip code, and any details you choose to include in a form or message. If you make a purchase, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full card number on our systems.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools described below.

Information from third parties

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as those about a transaction you started or important notices about the Services.

12.Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments in this area.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy. Information collected before a change is posted will be handled according to the Policy in effect at the time it was collected.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute arises under this Policy, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in San Bernardino, California. Any costs and fees, other than attorney fees, associated with the mediation will be shared equally.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, we agree to submit it to binding arbitration in San Bernardino, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Transparent Marketing is controlled, operated, and administered entirely within California.
